Together with my support and guidance you’ll keep each other inspired, motivated and accountable, provide a safe space and a sounding board for ideas and celebrate each other’s successes. And, although I’ll be there to cheerlead, you’ll be able to tailor our sessions to suit your individual and collective needs.

Let me tell you my story
Not only am I a professional photographer with over 10 years of experience working with International brands and on events, I’m a published author and also a qualified marketer with The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). I spent over 13 years in marketing with some of the UK’s biggest brands including Ella’s Kitchen and Weight Watchers and I’ve shared my experience and knowledge with hundreds of businesses just like yours.
As a member of CIM I’m required to keep up my professional training each year, and stay up to date with current trends, and because I’m passionate about personal and professional development, I’m always doing workshops and courses – and what I learn, I share with you.
Above all, I’ve been where you are. As a business owner myself, I know how hard you’re working, the daily challenges and sometimes constant firefighting, imposter syndrome, comparison and staring at a blank screen wondering what to post, wanting to hide, feeling the overwhelm.
I understand how difficult it is to prioritise your marketing, and showing up, but I’m also well aware of the cost of not doing so.

Anyone can apply, but not everyone can join. That’s because I want your experience to be as valuable as possible. I want you to be surrounded by business owners from different sectors who can help, guide and support you; people who are as committed as you are, and I will ensure there isn’t any cross over with a business that is exactly the same as yours in the same industry and area to avoid conflict of interests.
The membership is better suited to business owners, rather than those who are employed by someone else. That is, unless your boss is willing to give you the time and flexibility to fully commit to the program.
Once the doors close, that’s it. No new members will be allowed in, and numbers are capped so that we can all truly get to know each other and our businesses.
I’ll be with you every step of the way, in our personal one-to-one sessions, planning sessions , brand shoots and group conversations. Lots of invaluable time to work on your business! F.A.Q.
I initially approached Kathryn for brand photography, but her Elevate membership offered so much more. Alongside the photography I needed, there was ongoing marketing support and the accountability I personally craved – especially when a new business idea came to life during our time together. I was drawn to the collaborative feel – working with someone who’s knowledgeable, easy to work with, and who also brings together a brilliant, carefully curated group of like-minded business owners to work alongside.
So to the brand shoot. I was incredibly nervous but Kathryn puts you at ease with the pre-planning before the actual day itself. We brainstormed ideas, planned the shoot locations, outfit changes and props so I knew exactly what I needed for the big day.
On the actual day, armed with all I needed and a willing gang of volunteer members to showcase our meet ups and activities, it went smoothly and was, in the end, so much fun.
The photos have been invaluable for my social media, fliers, website. My professional photos look so good and I have used most of them. And, because we brainstormed, I had images that covered every area of my business activities.
The additional in-person 1-2-1 marketing and brainstorming sessions have been a real highlight – I always leave feeling clearer, inspired, and with tangible actions. The group sessions are just as powerful – a supportive, positive space to share ideas, get feedback, and stay motivated.

Q. Does it matter if I am not based in South Oxfordshire, Berks or Buckinghamshire?
A. No, you can be based further afield, as long as you are prepared to travel to our In person group meetings (near Henley on Thames) I am happy to travel to you for your Brand photoshoots, but if you are a great distance away from Henley on Thames / Reading, additional travel costs may be added.
Is there another option other than 1 year with Elevate?
No, I wanted to create a supportive group, and have a good length of time with you to help grow your business and provide marketing support and accountability over 12 months. I will happily discuss how we can work together beyond the Elevate membership though.
I have a Limited company, can I still sign up?
Yes definitely! I have two current ‘Elevators’ that are a Limited company and have 2 or 4 other team members, they just don’t have a person looking after marketing etc.
Does it matter if I can’t make some group meetings.
No, Holidays, illness and work commitments will happen, however I give dates out in advance and would so appreciate them to be put in the diary and attend as much as you – for your and the groups benefit.
Will there be another business in the Elevate group in same industry as me?
You may be within Wellness, a fellow creative, or same industry but I wouldn’t have two people that live near each other that do exactly the same thing, to avoid conflict of interest.
