Looking forward… Looking forward to attending an Looking forward…
Looking forward to attending and photographing at live events this year.
I am lucky that there are quite a few where I live. I’ll be heading up to the O2 arena too.
For those that know me, know I’m a passionate foodie, I worked in marketing & branding for 10+ years before retraining to be a photographer, mainly in the food industry.
But a close second is my love of music - my nickname in my day was dancing Queen 😂
You just can’t beat a live music performance. The whole atmosphere & experience.
Here is one I took of @thetonyhadley at a previous Rewind festival.

Musicians as well as hospitality took such a hard hit during the Covid lockdowns and strict restrictions. Here’s to a prosperous 2022!
Sunflowers. The symbol of Ukrainian resistance. My Sunflowers.
The symbol of Ukrainian resistance.
My favourite flower too as reminds me of happy care free days as a child.
This was taken at a sunflower farm a couple of years ago.
I used to have a sunflower growing competition with my next door neighbour who was like a grandfather to my brother and I.

With what feels like when the world has gone mad, it can feel a bit inappropriate to know what to post about on our social media, but just because work goes on ‘we have bills to pay’ doesn’t mean we don’t care too.

I can’t help but feel heavy with it all though. It’s just incomprehensible.

There are several ways we can all help, (if we are able to) and many official routes too - Red Cross, and some local collection points.

My sons school is collecting items this Saturday as well as The Cherry Tree Inn, they have asked for basic medicines, paracetamol , aspirin, antiseptic creams, bandages, baby formula, nappies, ladies sanitary products, baby wipes, small & large towels, baby grows, Childrens clothes, shoes & blankets.

Praying for the best outcome 🙏🏻

Happy Chinese New Year! Year of the Tiger. The Tig Happy Chinese New Year!
Year of the Tiger. The Tiger is the third of the 12 year cycle of animals.
I’m a Leo star sign and I adore big & ‘little’ cats.

Tigers are such incredibly beautiful animals.

This is one of my favourite personal photos, taken on a Big cat photo experience day, a few years ago.

I cherished this day… it was all going so well until we had a car accident on the way home on the M4…and the car got ‘a bit crunched’

But, one not to dwell…we lived to tell the tale or should that be tail🤪..(no pun intended)

What’s your favourite animal? And do you know which Chinese New Year animal you are? 🐲
I’ve nailed it! I’ve baked my signature choco I’ve nailed it!
I’ve baked my signature chocolate brownie (gluten free) version for the first time, using @dovesfarm Gluten free flour, @greenandblacks organic Fair trade cocoa, @godiva dark chocolate & free range eggs.
I’ve tinkered with the recipe reducing the sugar & played with the baking time, and yesterday it came out the crispiest outer & soft gooey middle ever!

Since finding out I’m gluten & yeast intolerant in the summer, the lack of delicious foods are limiting. Many are so dry & a waste of calories, so I’ve not had many sweet treats but my waist line has benefitted 👍🏻😂

Yeast also seems to be in so many things!

So yesterdays bake, is todays treat.

Best served with clotted cream & fresh raspberries the next day.
